阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的动态血压特征

Characteristics of ambulatory blood pressure in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的动态血压特征,为相应的治疗提供理论依据。方法:应用多导睡眠监测仪和Holter心电及血压检测仪对具有打鼾症状的患者112例进行动态监测,分为单纯鼾症组与OSAHS组,对两组患者的高血压和血压昼夜节律特点进行分析。结果:OSAHS组的高血压及血压昼夜节律消失发生率高于鼾症组,两组间差异有统计学意义。结论:OSAHS可引起高血压及血压的昼夜节律改变,从而诱发心脑血管疾病的发生发展。

Objective： To investigate the characteristics of ambulatory blood pressure in the patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods： With the use of polysomnography, 112 snorers were examined and divided into OSAHS and non- OSAHS groups. Meanwhile, with the use of continuous Hoher ECG and blood pressure （Bp） measurement, the day-to-night rhythm of Bp was compared between two groups. Result： There were significantly higher incidence of hypertension and disappearance of day-to-night rhythm of Bp in OSAHS group than in nonOSAHS group. Conclusion： OSAHS can induce hypertension and disappearance of day-to-night rhythm of Bp.
