注射用多西他赛的HPLC测定

Determination of Docetaxel for Injection by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定注射用多西他赛的含量。采用C18柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(35∶40∶25),检测波长232nm。多西他赛在0.2～0.6mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.75%。

A HPLC method was established for the determination of docetaxel for injection. A C,8 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-water （35：40 ： 25） at the detection wavelength of 232nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.2 - 0.6 mg/ml. The average recovery was 99.8 % with RSD of 0.75 %.
