摘要
据检测,以300μW/cm2紫外线照射10分钟,或用1%过氧化氢处理30分钟,对甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)感染性的灭活率为99.99%,但用PCR法未检出5'端非编码区的扩增片段;经紫外线照时20分钟,HAV感染性虽全部消失,但仍可检出P1区扩增片段。结果表明,HAV感染性的有无与PCR扩增产物检出与否无平行关系.
Experimental study was carried out on the relationship between the results of PCR of HAV(amplification fragment of 5'-untranslated region and fragment of P1 region)and its infectivity After exposure to 300 μW/cm2 UV radiation for 10 min or to 1% hydrogen peroxide for 30 min,the infectivity of HAV could still be detected,but the fragment of 5'-untranslated region could not be detected.After exposure to UV radiation for 20 min,HAV was inactivated completely,but a part of the fragments of Pl region could still be detected.The results indicate that the infectivity of HAV has no parallel relation to the detection of fragment of 5'-untranslated region and fragment of Pl region。Institute of Biological Engineering Academy of Military Medical Sciences
