家庭机械通气8例报告

8-case reports of mechanical ventilation at home

目的了解家庭无创机械通气的疗效。方法对我院2002年以来接受家庭机械通气的8例病人进行定期随访,并将临床资料进行回顾分析。结果8例病人病情进一步好转,门诊次数减少,生活质量明显提高。结论家庭机械通气有明显疗效,有条件时应积极推广使用。

Objective To analyse the clinical effects of mechanical ventilation at home. Methods TheclinicaldataofSelderly patients with mechanical ventilation at home were retrospectively reviewed, from 2002 to 2005, Results The outpatient service rate had markedly reduce in the 8 patients. There were greater improvements on clinical symptoms. Conclusions NIPPV is very effective in treating COPD and OSAHS. It is a recommendable regime for these patients.
