前方入路胸腰椎骨折手术25例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 25 cases with thoracolumbar spinal fracture treated by operation through anterior approach

目的 探讨前方入路胸腰椎骨折手术的临床经验：方法 回顾分析2005年1月～2006年3月采用前方入路手术治疗的25例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料。结果 25例患者术后腰痛消失．神经功能不同程度改善，X线片显示椎体高度达解剖复位。结论 前方入路手术治疗胸腰椎骨折临床效果理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical experience of operation through anterior approach with z-plate fixation in patients with thnracolumbar spinal fracture. Methods Clinical materials of 25 patients with thoraeolumbar fracture who had been operated by anterior approach from Sep 2005 to Jan 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients were free from back pain and neural functions had improved （Frankel score）. The height of vertebral bodies anatomically reduced through observation of X-ray films. Conclusion Operation through anterior approach in patients with thoraeolumbar fracture is better than that through posterior approach.
