窝沟封闭对六龄齿的防龋效果观察

Investigation on the effect of fissure sealing on prevention of dental caries in six-year-teeth

目的 观察窝沟封闭对六龄齿窝沟龋的预防效果。方法 对60名6～8岁儿童230颗六龄齿作窝沟封闭（实验组），与55名儿童的218颗未作窝沟封闭的六龄齿（对照组）在6、12个月进行临床观察比较。结果 实验组6个月、12个月后的患龋率分别为0．9％、2．3％，显著低于对照组的患龋率11．47％、18．6％（P〈0．01）。实验组发生窝沟龋者均为封闭剂部分或全部脱落者。结论 对六龄齿施行窝沟封闭能有效预防窝沟龋的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of fissure sealing on prevention of dental caries in six-year-teeth. Methods 230 sixyear-teeth of 60 children aged from 6 to 8 years old were administered with fissure sealing as experimental group. Another 218 six-yearteeth of 55 children with no treatment of fissure sealing acted as control group. After 6 and 12 months, the dental caries of the two groups were analyzed. Results The rates of dental caries in experimental group were 0.9% and 2.3% after 6 and 12 months of the treatments, and in the control group, the rates were 11.47% and 18.6% , respectively. The rates of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. All the children who got the dental caries were with sealants defluxion partially or totally. Conclusion Fissure sealing can effectively prevent the six-year-teeth from dental caries.
