系统整理并剖析评介了清代医家夏鼎在其所撰的《幼科铁镜》中,应用自制天保采薇汤的临床经验和学术主张。认为此方药性偏温,具有解表宣肺,祛痰化湿,行气活血之功。此方外、内兼治,以祛邪为主。适用于风寒外束,表邪未尽或表邪内陷而未化热的多种儿科病证。如惊风、阳痫、麻疹、时毒所见之发热、神昏、抽搐、疮肿、胎毒发丹及伤寒失表,寒邪内伏;麻疹受寒,疹出不畅等。同时,也指出对夏氏应用此方治疗痱疮及耳痈的经验,应当正确理解,谨慎使用。

SUMMARY: Systematized and dissected the clinical experience and academic point about Tianbao Caiwei decoction in Youke Tiejing by Xia Ding inQing dynasty. The author thought the property of this decoction was a little warm and had the function of opening the inhibited lung-energy arid expelling the evil factor on the body surface, eliminating the phlegm and removing wetness-evil, promting vital energy and blood circulation. It applied to several children disease of the wind-cold evil tightening the body surface, superficial evil invading the interior, for example, the fever of infantile convulsion, yang type epilespy, measles, seasonal and epidemic pathogenic factor and coma, cramp, pyogenic infection, fetal toxins, etc. In addition, the author suggestedthat we must correctly understand and carefully use the experience of treating miliaria and boil of the external auditory meatus.
