原发性高血压患者血浆血小板P-选择素浓度变化及降压治疗对其的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆血小板活化标志物P-选择素(Ps)浓度变化及降压治疗对其的影响,探讨EH患者血栓前状态(PTS)发生的机制及降压治疗能减少血栓事件的机制。方法用放射免疫分析法对30例EH患者(EH组)分别于降压治疗前、治疗后测定血浆Ps浓度,并与30例健康体检者(对照组)相比较。结果EH组患者降压治疗前红细胞压积(Hct)与血浆Ps浓度比对照组明显升高;血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)与钙通道阻断剂(CCB)联合降压治疗6周后,Hct与血浆Ps浓度与治疗前相比明显降低;收缩压、舒张压与红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、血小板计数无相关性,而与Hct及Ps呈正相关。结论EH患者体内存在PTS与血小板活化有关,ACEI与CCB联合降压治疗能减少血小板活化,改善PTS。
