摘要
对照观察了罗氏内异方与西药丹那唑对子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。结果表明:罗氏内异方总有效率为83.3%,与对照组相比,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但罗氏内异方在改善不孕、月经不调、乳房胀痛等症状和血液流变学指标,以及副作用小等方面均优于西药丹那唑。
SUMMARY: Contrastly observed the clinical effectiveness between 'Luo's Nei Yi Fang' and danazol to endomctriosis (EMT). The results showed that the total effective rate of Luo's was 83. 3%. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0. 05). But it was advantage of Luo's over danazol that could responel symptomatically sterility, irregularmenstruation, distending pain of breast, the parameters of hemodynamic changes, as well as had low side effect.
