摘要 设计了一种Delta-Sigma技术的24位高分辨率同步数据采集系统.该系统具有2个差分模拟输入通道,并具备扩展到8个差分模拟输入通道的能力,具有高速、高分辨率、低功耗三种工作模式.板载DSP完成数据的缓冲,并通过RS232/USB2.0接口与上位机通信,接收上位机的控制命令,向上位机发送采样转换数据.VB6.0开发的Windows数据采集处理程序具备了诸如采样参数设定、波形和数据显示、滤波、信号参数测量和频谱分析等功能,构成了一个功能完备的24位分辨率的同步数据采集处理系统. A high resolution data acquisition system based on delta-sigma technology is designed. It has two differential analog inputs, which can be extended to eight. Three operating modes allow for optimization of speed, resolution, and power. On-board DSP performs conversion data buffering and communication with the host through RS232 /USB2.0 interface, receiving instructions and transfer conversion data from and to the host. Windows data acquisition and processing software developed with VB6.0 has the functions such as sample parameter setting, waveform and conversion data displaying, measurement of filter and signal parameters, and spectrum analysis, etc. , thus composing a complete 24bit data acquisition and processing system.
