人参总皂甙对犬戊巴比妥钠心源性休克及心力衰竭的影响

EFFECT OF GINSENOSIDES ON CARDIOGENIC SHOCK AND HEART FAILURE INDUCED BY PENTOBARBITAL SODIUM IN DOGS

用戊巴比妥钠造成犬心源性休克和心力衰竭模型，观察人事总皂甙对血压（ＢＰ）、左室内压峰值（ＬＶＳＰ）、左室内压上升最大速率（ＬＶｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ）、心率（ＨＲ）和心输出量（ＣＯ）的影响。结果表明，人参总皂甙１０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１和２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ￣－１静脉注射后ＬＶｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ，ＬＶＳＰ，ＢＰ和ＣＯ均增加，ＬＶＥＤＰ降低，ＨＲ减慢。

he effect of ginsenosides(Gin)on BP,LVSP,LVdp/dt max,HR and pump function ofthe heart was studied in cardiogenic shock and heart failure induced by pentobarbital sodium inanesthetized dogs.In control group,10 min after 2%pentobarbital sodium iv brought about a de-crease 80%of the LV dp/dt max; both decrease 40%of the BP and CO;both increase LVEDPand HR.Gin(iv 10mg/kg and 20 mg/kg)increase LVdp/dt max,BP,LVSP,CO and decreaseLVEDP and HR. The result indicates that Gin posseses protective effect on cardiogenic shock andheart failure of the pentobarbital sodium of dogs. The beneficial effect on BP,LVSP,LVdp/dtmax and pump function seems to contribute to its myocardial protective action.
