An Exploration of Town Building in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

文章分析了三峡库区乡镇小城镇建设中存在的问题,提出了如何利用移民迁建机遇促进小城镇建设,抓小城镇建设的同时,完成移民迁建的观点,通过深入发动,统一认识,搞好规划,筹措建设资金等措施,将库区乡镇建成各具特色的小城镇,为地方经济的发展作贡献。

This paper analyses the problems existing in town building in the Three Gorges Reservoir area and puts forward the opinion about how to make best of the potential opportunities in the migrating movement to promote the building of towns, which will also accomplish the great task of migration. The paper also explores specific measures, such as encouraging more people to participate, unifying the understanding about the task, making a good arrangement, and raising development funds etc., so as to develop the townships in the Three Gorges Reservoir area into bigger ones with respective characteristics and to contribute to the development of local economy.
