摘要
采用分光光度法对十三种不同产地茶叶中的多糖进行了分析。结果表明,其多糖含量均高达2.75%~4.22%。
The contents of polysaccharide in thirteen kinds of tea from different localities were analyzedwith spectrophotometry.The results showed that their amounts were from 2.75 to 4.22%。
