Confucianism’s Influence on the Legal System in the Han Dynasty

汉代在我国法律建设史上占有重要地位。它克服了法家立法和执法思想中的一些偏颇,大量地引入儒家思想,将礼的文化传统和法的文化创造相榫接,引礼入法,实现了“礼法并用”。在这一过程中,儒家思想对法律的制定、施行等方面都产生了重大影响,形成了中国封建社会“礼主刑辅”的法律特色。

The Hart Dynasty is in an important position in the history of legal construction of China.
