摘要
通过文献资料、调查、访淡等方法,对田径运动员竞赛紧张和焦虑产生原因的分析得出结论:产生该不良心理主要与以往比赛失败造成心理上巨大的阴影和对比赛的困难估计不足有着直接的关系。制定切合实际的比赛目标,提高运动员的认识,把可能会出现的困难尽量想得多一点,并进行针对性的模拟心理训练能有效地克服竞赛紧张和焦虑情绪的产生。
This paper, based on documents and data, investigation, and interview, analyzes the reasons that college athletes are tense and anxious in competition and concludes that this kind of mentality is directly related to the effect from the past failure and to the underestimation of the difficulty of competition. Making a realities goal in competition, improving athletes' understanding the difficulty they will face in the competition and stimulated training can be effective in overcoming their tension and anxiety.
