退行性骨关节病患者血清及关节滑液中透明质酸含量的变化及其意义

CHANGE OF SERUM AND SYNOVIAL HYALURONIC ACIDLEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH DEGENERATIVE OSTEOARTHRITIS AND INTRAARTICULAR DERANGEMENT

采用放射免疫法，检测了４０例膝关节退行性骨关节病（ＤＯＡ）ｆｏ２０例膝关节内功能紊乱（ＩＡＤ）患者的血清及关节液中透明质酸含量。结果显示膝关节ＤＯＡ和ＩＡＤ患者的血清中透明质酸水平明显高于对照组，而膝关节ＤＯＡ患者关节滑液中的透明质酸低于膝关节ＩＡＤ患者和正常人。提示血清及关节滑液的透明质酸含量变化可作为了解关节软骨代谢的指标。

he serum and synovoval fluid(SF)hyaluronic acid(HA)contents in 40 patients with con-firn1ed diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis and 20 with knee intraarticular derarigement(IAD)weredetected by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that HA levels were significantly higher inthe knee OA and IAD groups than that of age and sex matched control group(P<0.01).TheHA levels in SF from knee DOA patients were lower than that of knee IAD and normal controlgroups(P<0.01).The authors consider that the changes of HA levels in serum and synovialfluid may be an index of joint synovium and cartilage metabolism,which is helpful in their evalu-atin and diagnosis.
