摘要
检测了鼻咽癌等五类肿瘤患者初诊时Ｔ细胞（ＣＤ）及其亚群（ＣＤ，ＣＤ），自然杀伤细胞（ｎａｔｕｒａｌｋｉｌｌｅｒｃｅｌｌ，ＮＫ）和白细胞介素２（ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ，ＩＬ－２）。发现在类肿瘤患者的Ｔ细胞及亚群（ＣＤ，ＣＤ），ＮＫ细胞活性和ＩＬ－２活性水平均低于正常人群（Ｐ＜０．０１）。各类肿瘤患者ＣＤ相对升高。提示肿瘤患者治疗前均有不同程度的细胞免疫功能低下；处于不同期和不同类的肿瘤患者其细胞免疫功能有差别，与病理学分型无关。
In this paper,we examined the T-cells and its subsets(),activities of inter-leukin(IL-2)and nature killer cells(NK)in five groups of tumour patients who had nasopharyn-geal carcinoma(NPC),pulmonary carcinoma,breast cancer,liver cancer or gastric cancer。Theresults showed that the percentage of,activities of IL-2 and NK cells in those patientswas lower than that of controls(P<0.01),but the percentage of in those patients washigher than that of controls. It indicates that tumor patients have a low cellular imrnune functionbefOre treatment.Along with the growth of tumour,the patient'S cellular immune function de-creased.This has no relation with pathological typing of cancer.
