摘要
将显示精子代谢关键酶乳酸脱氢酶Ｘ（ＬＤＨ－Ｘ）由传统涂片孵育改进为试管悬浮孵育，测定１０例不孕症门诊患者精子的ＬＤＨ－Ｘ，并与涂片孵育法进行自身对照。结果显示试管悬浮孵育法的酶活性积分值明显高于涂片孵育法（Ｐ＜０．０１），且背景清晰，极少见因酶扩散而形成的甲沉淀。
The authors improved the incubatory method of lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme X(LDH-X)in human sperms. The washed viable sperms were suspended and incubated in test tube for30min. The conventional incubatory method of sperms on smear was used as the control.The re-sults showed that LDH-X activity of suspended incubatory method in 10 patients sperms werehigher than that of the smear incubatory method with the same specimens(P<0.01).Further-more,in micrography the background was very clear and the diffusive granules of the enzymewere scarcely found in suspended incubatory method.
