HPLC法测定复方淫羊藿颗粒剂中淫羊藿甙的含量

DETERMINATION OF THE ICARIIN CONTENT IN“GRANULE HERBA EPIMEDH CO.”BY HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法以甲醇－水（５５：４５）为流动相，色谱柱为ＯＤＳＣ＿(１８)，检测波长为２７０ｎｍ，测定复方淫羊藿颗粒剂中淫羊藿成含量，结果表明在２１．４～１０μｇ·ｍ￣(－１)浓度范围内线性关系良好，ｒ＝０．９９９８，加样回收率：９８．７２％。

he icariin content in“Granule Herba Epirnedii Co.”was determined by HPLC.Themethanol-water(55:45)was used as a mobile phase.The column type was ODS column,whiledetective wavelength was 270nm. Amethod of the quantitation for icariin in“Granule HerbaEpimedii Co.”was developed by means of HPLC.The concentration of icariin showed a goodlinear relationship from 21.4 to 107μg·m-1,r=0.9998,the average recovery was 98.72%。
