腹部枪伤时颈总动脉内血流动力学变化的模拟实验

摘要 为了探讨腹部枪伤时脑损伤的发生机制,本研究设计了模拟实验。在模拟腹部枪伤瞬间用压力传感器测试并计算了模拟颈总动脉内血流动力学变化。实验结果显示枪击瞬间颈总动脉内压力高,压力上升速度快,血流速度快,压差大,流量大。大量血流从颈总动脉急速涌向脑部必然导致脑部的损伤。 In this paper a simulated experiment was designed to study the mechanism of cerebral damage in gunshot through the abdomen. The changes of hemodynamics parameters in common carotid artery were examined with pressure transducer during gunshot and calculated. The results showed superhigh pressure, high speed of pressure rising, accelerated blood now, large pressure diference and large volume of blood now in common carotid artery during gunshot. Powerful blood flow from common cartid artery to brain will inexorably result in cerebral damage.
