摘要
虚拟现实(Virtual Reality)是近年来发展起来的一门新技术,它已在众多领域得到广泛应用.本文简要介绍了虚拟现实技术的概念、特征及主要功能,着重论述了虚拟现实技术在地学信息可视化方面的应用问题,最后展望了虚拟现实技术的应用前景。
Virtual reality introduced is a new technique developed in recent years and many applications have been made in various fields. In this paper, the concept, characteristics and main functions of virtual reality technology are described briefly, and the application of virtual reality technology in visualization geographical information is discussed. Finally,the application of virtual reality technology is also prospected.
