The patient, social sex female, 15.3ys, was a junior high school student. Chief complaints. She had short stature for 10^＋ years and no puberche. She was a first full term fetus with cephalic presentation. The delivery was accomplished by episiotomy and vacuum extracter with a history of neonatal asphyxia. Her birth weight was 2.8 kg with unknow birth length. Her dental eruption, walking and speaking were normal. She had short stature from childhood,and from first grade of primary school she was the shortest one in her class.
