建立我国完备的少年司法制度

Constructing Chinese Complete Juvenile Judicial System

完备的少年司法制度的建立是保护未成年人权利的重要前提。一方面,通过严密的司法制度保护未使成年获得应当享有的生存权、发展权等基本权利;另一方面,以正当程序保护违法犯罪青少年的权利。但是,我国少年司法制度还很不完善,尤其对青少年违法行为和不良行为的处置,至今尚未建立正当严格的程序,随意性较大。因此,无论从青少年权利保护的角度看,还是从国家法制建设角度看,建立和完善我国少年司法制度都是十分必要的。

A complete juvenile judicial system is an important precondition to guarantee their rights. While the their basic rights., such as the living rights and developing rights, should be protected with a strict and complete judicial system, proper judicial procedures should be adopted to protect juvenile offenders. Chinese juvenile judicial system is incomplete, especially without proper and strict procedures. Therefore, it is necessary that a juvenile judicial system should be constructed and completed.
