To promote the quality-oriented education of college students is a profound change of the national education. It is an imperative new task for the higher education to carry out the educational policy of our party effectively, advance and implement the quality-oriented education for the college students to cultivate the innovative spirit and practice ability of them, and bring up the builders and successors of Chinese socialism cause. For many years, we have carried on hard exploration and summarized progressively the effective quality-oriented education pattern with characteristic of the minority areas for college students.
