高校师范彝汉双语素质教育基础课程建设属于双语教学的一个重要内容。作为专门从事高校师范彝汉双语教育教学的西昌学院彝文系,在长期的教育教学过程中,不断改革和完善教育体系,将双语教育的民族性、师范性和现代性有机地结合起来,建立了适应现代化建设的彝汉双语素质教育基础课程体系,取得了一系列示范性、创新性的重要成果,推动了高校师范彝汉双语教学的全面发展。

It is an important content of bilingual teaching to construct the basic courses of Yi-Chinese bilingual quality education in normal colleges and universities. During a long process of teaching, the Yi Language Departmented majored specially in Yi-Chinese bilingual teaching reform and perfected traditional education systerm gradually. It organically combined national pedagogic with mordrn features of bilingual teaching, and seted up basic courses, systerm （of Yi-Chinese bilingual teaching） adapting to modermiation construction. Furthermore, it obtained a series of important achievements of demonstration and innovation, and promoted the overall development of Yi-Chinese bilingual teaching.
