摘要
高酸苹果,即高酸度苹果,作为生产浓缩苹果汁的专用原料果,具有苹果酸含量高,Vc含量高,栽培容易等优势,生产的浓缩苹果汁在欧美市场供不应求。本文阐述了高酸苹果的发展现状和前景,并对高酸苹果的常用品种作了介绍。
High acid apple, as special materials for producing concentracted apple juice, has such advantages as high apple-acid content, high Vc content, planting easily, etc. The supply of concentracted apple juice does not meet the demand of Euro-American market. This article illustrates the development of high acid apple and its prospect ion and introduces its ordinary varieties.
