摘要
从实际工作所遇到的学术论文一稿多投现象出发,分析作者一稿多投的心理和动因,同时用辩证的观点阐述造成此类问题的原因.最后,提出一些具体建议,探讨采用有效的手段来制约这类不良学术风气.
From the phenomenon of paper repetitive submission in academic ioumal encountered during the actual work, this paper analyzes the psychology and motivations of the writers, in the mean time, describes the kinds of causes of such problems in the discriminative point of view. At last, this paper provides some suggestions to probe the measures effectively restricting such abnormal academic tendency.
