笔者结合其在美国和加拿大两国大学实地考察的实践活动,总结出两国大学的管理特点和面临的挑战,并据此归纳出我国高等教育发展过程中可以借鉴和参考的启示。

The author combines his proctical actitities which investigated on-the-spot in the universities of America and Canada, summarizes the characteristic of university＇s management and challenge that faced with it in the two countries, and induces the enlightenment can be used as a source of reference in the developing process of our country＇s higher education.
