培养具有创新精神的创造性人才是知识经济时代教育的重要任务之一。要培养创造性人才必须确定新的教育观念。本文尝试从实行独立性教育、通才教育、个性教育以及教育方法的改进等四个方面,探讨培养创造性人才应具有的几个基本的教育理念。
