摘要
“生均图书”(册数)是目前教育部对高等学校基本办学条件评估的重要指标之一,本文试图就此指标在实际评估中正反两方面作用进行探讨,并对改进该指标提出建议。
One of the important indeves evalualing qualified colleges and Universities by the Ministry of Education is the average copies of books per student. This paper has made a brief study of the positive and negative functions of the index in practical evaluation, and put forward some suggestions to improve the index.
