进展期胃窦癌淋巴结清扫合理性探讨

The Rationalily of Lymphnode Dissection in The Treatment of Advanced Stage Gastric Antrum cancer Patients

作者对23例进展期胃窦癌患者行 R3手术,并行第16站淋巴结清扫,发现26%患者其第16站淋巴结有转移。结合其病理和临床资料,复习有关文献,对进展期胃窦癌第16站淋巴结清扫的界限范围及合理性进行探讨。

Abstract patients with advanced stage stomach caner received R3 or seleclive R3 radical gestrectomy, withthe clearence of lymph nodes of the 16th group between January 1993 and December 1995. Cancer metastasis was pathologically found in 26% of the 23 cases inthis group of lymph nodes, hence it is rational to include this group of lymph nodes in radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric antrum cancer.
