原发性双侧乳腺癌25例报告

Primary Bilateral Breast Cancer:A Report of 25 cases

作者自1972～1994年间共收治原发性双侧乳腺癌25例,占同期手术治疗的乳腺癌住院患者(1026例)2.4%,3例是双侧乳腺癌同时发生,22例为双侧先后发生。作者讨论了原发性双侧乳腺癌的发病率、诊断标准、治疗及预后。

Twenty-five cases of bilateral primary breast can- cer were treated between 1972～1994,They comprised 2.4% of 1026 admitted breast cancer treated in the same period,3 cases were synchronous (0.3%),and 22 cases metachronous cancer (2.1%).The incidence, diagnostic criteria,prognosis of bilateral primary breast cancer and the management of opposite breast cancer after resection of one breast cancer are discussed.
