西安地裂缝灾害治理的研究──以煤矿院办公楼为例

A STUDY ON THE CONTROL OF GROUND FISSURES CALAMITY IN XI'AN CITY-TAKING THE OFFICE BUILDING OF XI'AN DESIGN & RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MINISTRY OF COAL INDUSTRY AS AN EXAMPLE

以煤矿院办公楼为例，报导和总结了被地裂缝横切的煤矿院办公楼采用分离加固处理地裂缝灾害的成功经验。治理后，经历１２ａ强烈活动的考验，办公楼转危为安。研究成果的中心思想阐明，地裂缝是人力不可抗拒的自然地质现象，在顺乎自然规律的前提下，探索治理灾害的可能性提供了新的途径．

A detailed summation is made on the successful experience of separating reinforcement on the office building of Xi'an Design and Research Institute which is crosscut by a ground fissure.This building,after the reinforcement treatment,has undergone a 12-year-test of strong activity of the ground fissure.Now it is but of danger.The research indicates a highlight that ground fissure is a kind of irresistible geological phenomenon.But,abiding by the natural law,the new way for preventing and reducing natural calamity can be worked out.
