鸡贫血病毒VP3基因核酸疫苗治疗荷SHG-44人脑胶质瘤大鼠的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索鸡贫血病毒VP3基因核酸疫苗(pVVP3)对SHG-44人脑胶质瘤生长的抑制作用。方法构建荷SHG-44人脑胶质瘤W istar大鼠的肿瘤模型,随机分组给予不同的处理给药,观察治疗期间及治疗后的肿瘤生长情况,通过病理组织学、超微结构分析,检测pVVP3在W istar大鼠体内的抗肿瘤作用。结果pVVP3治疗组肿瘤生长速度明显受到抑制,其抑瘤率达90.58%。病理组织学及超微结构观察在pVVP3治疗组可见典型的凋亡特征。说明pVVP3对SHG-44人脑胶质瘤生长有抑制作用,可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。
