我院门诊患者就诊影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors for outpatient admission in Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College

通过对我院门诊病人就诊因素问卷调查进行分析和总结原因,为医院合理配置卫生资源,使医院更好地保持竞争优势,提供科学依据。分析研究认为：①医疗质量的提高是维护医院信誉的根本,同时提高了医院的知名度；②医院名望和信誉的提高促进了就医人群的扩大；③先进的医疗设备提升了医院的综合实力和技术水平；④医疗制度改革为我院创造了机遇；⑤良好的医患关系是吸引病人重要的手段；⑥服务的便捷增加了病人的满意度；⑦就医环境的改善提高了病人就诊的舒适度和信任度。

The paper analyzes the questionnaires on the influencing factors for outpatient admission and summerizes the reasons, with the aim to provide scientific evidence for reasonably collocating medical resources and maintaining strong competitive predominance of a hospital. The research shows.① improved medical treatment quality is essential for the reputation and popularity of a hospital; ②increased reputation and popularity promotes the expansion of admission populations; ③advanced medical devices upgrade the comprehensive strength and technique of a hospital; ④medical system reform provides opportunities for our hospital;⑤harmonious doctor-patient relationship is the key means of attracting patients; ⑥convenient and prompt medical service adds to patients＂ satisfaction;⑦ameliorative hospital environment improves the easiness and credibility of patients.
