摘要
应用不同剂量的^60Coγ-射线处理纵坑切梢小蠹(Tomicus piniperda Linn)成虫,结果表明,处理剂量为500Gy时,当天死亡率达100%,处理剂量为350Gy时,成虫3d后全部死亡,而以300Gy剂量处理后7d,试虫死亡率亦为100%。处理后30d,200—300Gy剂量的处理未出现卵或幼虫。纵坑切梢小蠹存活和繁殖能力与辐照剂量之间符合剂量效应关系,7d理论致死剂量LD99.99为228.7Gy。
Effects of gamma irradiaton on Tomicus piniperda Linn adult were reported in this paper. The results showed that the mortality of adults of T. piniperda reached 100% after ld and 3d treatment with 500Gy and 350Gy, and 7d treatment with 300Gy respectively. And after 30d treatment with 200 - 300Gy, there was no egg or larvae existing. The mortality and reproduction of T. piniperda respond on the irradiation dose and the value of theory LD99.99 was 228.7 Gy after 7d treatment.
