摘要
论述了面对医疗服务的供需变化应采取的基本对策:推行区域卫生规划,实现卫生资源优化配置;实现医疗管理体制整体化,医疗系统管理行业化,坚持医院分级管理和医院评审,调整和健全医疗服务体系;推进医疗保险制度的实施,促使卫生资源的合理调整:利用经济手段疏导需求,引导资源的配置流向;强化资源立法。
Basic measures for adapting to the changes between medical services supply and demand are discussed. such as: perfecting the regional health service programme with optimized disposition and use of resources t unifying the administration of health service industry through adoption of hospital stratified management and accreditation; and developing the medical insurance system that can promote integrated services,cost-effectiveness,and signifi-cant guality advances as well.
