摘要
本文提出了和谐通信环境的8个维度的度量空间,论述了和谐通信环境的4个关系,并提出了构建和谐通信环境的6个基本技术。NGN应该处理好这些关系并研究这些关键技术。
An 8-dimesion space for a harmonious telecommunication environment is proposed in this peper, four relations in harmonious telecommunication environment are described, and six basic techniques to build a harmonious telecommunication environment are put forth. We should handle these relations well and study these basic techniques about NGN.
