浅谈中国网通收入集中管理系统的建设

电信企业的收入无论是在产生的方式还是处理的流程上,都表现出种类繁多、形式多样、难于管理的特点。为了满足萨班斯(SOX)法案的要求,电信企业迫切需要一套计算机系统来解决收入的管理问题。本文首先阐述了收入集中管理的背景和现状,然后描述了收入集中管理系统开发时的关键问题、系统的具体设计与实现,最后介绍了该系统中使用的多元函数处理器、数据抽取泵、关系搜索算法等关键技术。

Wether the producing-mode or the processing-flow of the income in the telecommunication enterprise all put up some characteristics like numerous in category,various in form,difficuh in the management and so on. In order to achieve the require of Sarbanes-Oxley （SOX）, the telecommunication enterprise urgently need a suit of computer system to solve the managing problem of the income. This article firstly expatiates the background and the actuality of the centralized income management, also describes the key point of the systemic solutions and the idiographic design of the systemic realizations, finally it introduces some pivotal technique such as the parser for multi-parameter function, the data stream pump and the relation searching arithmetic etc.
