上海市不同级别医院病理及核医学检查项目标准成本分析

Costs of Pathological and Nuclear Medical Examinations at Different Levels of Hospitals

采用典型调查方法,对上海市四所不同等级医院病理科、核医学科四个常规检查项目的成表给予标化和量化,核算不同级别医院各检查项目标准成本,分析其构成及主要影响因素,并与现行收费标准进行比较。结果表明:同种检查项目,医院等级不同其标准成本不同;影响检查成本的主要因素是检查项目的操作时间和使用仪器情况;现行的收费标准低于标准成本。

An investigation was made, by using methods of standardization and quantification, of the costs of 4 types of pathological and nuclear medical routine examinations at four hospitals of different levels in Shanghai; the results showed that the standard cost of examination of each type was higher than its present fee level, and was different at hospitals of different levels, with the main factors influencing the costs being the time used and the utilization rate of instruments.
