摘要
构建了高压共轨喷射系统的计算模型,并在试验台架上进行了试验验证。对喷油器的电磁、液力和机械特性进行了模拟计算,分析了多次喷射的机理,确定了多次喷射的喷油定时和喷油脉冲间隔。
High pressure common rail fuel injection system is a powerful tool to improve engine performance and emission levels. In particular, common rail injection systems allow an almost completely flexible fuel injection event in DI-diesel engines by permitting a free mapping of the start of injection, injection pressure, rate of injection. Precise control on the injection fuel quantity, injection timing and injection period between the pilot injection, main injection and late injection are the key technology in the design of the injector. In this research numerical models of the common rail injection system were developed. Validation against experiments has been performed. The model has been used to provide insight into the operation conditions of the injector and highlight the application to injection system design. The models simulate the electrofluid-mechanical behavior of the injector.
