摘要
针对2种结构的马铃薯挖掘铲,采用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元静力学分析,挖掘铲有限元模型根据其安装位置和材料建立,载荷为土壤加载到铲面的张向力,通过求解挖掘铲的变形和应力分布,进行强度校核,根据分析结果选择出性能更好的挖掘铲,为挖掘铲的设计提供理论依据。
This paper adopts ANSYS software to analyze two kinds of blade of potato harvester. The finite element model is established for blade according to the position and material. The load is the resistance of soil to blade. It checks the blade intension by calculating the stress distribution and distortion. Optimal design which satisfies the harvesting requirement can be chosen from the analyzing result. It provides an academic basis for the design of blade.
