摘要
通过在叶片危险部位粘贴应变片进行数据采集以获取其在当前运行工况下的应力时间历程,结合疲劳理论来预估其剩余工作寿命是工程中有效的疲劳问题研究方法。描述了数据采集过程中常出现的干扰因素,并对因此而产生的异常信号的识别和处理技术进行了研究。基于处理后的有效实测应变信号,运用名义应力法对该工况下的叶片剩余工作寿命进行了评估计算,获得了较为可靠的结果。并对影响其疲劳寿命的几种关键因素进行了敏度分析。
Using the strain gauge to acquire data of the stress time history under current operating condition on the critical location of the vane wheel, and using the fatigue theory to evaluate its residual working life is one of the effective engineering methods on fatigue problems study. The interference factors emerged frequently during the data acquisition were described briefly, and the technology of verification and manipulation of the anomalous signals were studied. Based on the effective measured stress signal, the residual working life of the vane under current operating conditions was evaluated using nominal stress method, the reliable results could be acquired. And also the sensitivity analysis was done to the several key factors influencing the fatigue life of the vane.
