凝结水泵采用变频技术的可行性分析

摘要 叙述定速凝结水泵改造为变频调速后,在300 MW机组中的应用情况,介绍了凝结水泵改造为变频调速后的运行方式和节能效果。通过增设变频器,调节凝结水泵的转速,设量变频控制逻辑参数使变频凝结水泵在额定转速内运行,能使凝结水管道的振动减小,运行更加稳定可靠。 The operation of the condensate pump used in 300 MW unit with its speed controlled by variable frequency has been presented in the article after transform from the fixed speed condensate pump. The operation mode and the result of energy conservation of the condensate pump have also been described in the article after transform from the fixed speed pump into the controlled speed pump with variable frequency. The condensate pump with variable speed will be operated within a rated rotating speed based on an installed frequency converter and controlling rotating speed of the pump and determining the logic parameters of frequency control so as to reduce the vibration of the condensate tubes and make the operation more reliable.
