摘要
洛河发电厂二期2×300 MW投产以来,磨煤机减速箱运行中一直存在严重漏油现象。通过对现场漏油情况的分析,找出了减速箱漏油的主要原因,提出了对减速箱改进的方案。改变了减速器的润滑方式,增设了减速箱体的回油槽,改进后消除了减速箱润滑油在结合面的泄漏,增加了磨煤机运行的可靠性。
The oil leakage of reduction gearbox of the pulverizer for 2 × 300MW units has been very serious since it was put into service in Phase Ⅱ , Luohe Power Plant . Main reasons have been found and modifying method have been submitted through analysis. After modification, the oil leakage has abated, it could be used for reference in similar equipment.
