摘要 本文研究的锅炉火焰探测器以典型的DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A为硬件平台的核心,由InGaAs PIN G5832-01 series紫外光电传感器获取火焰的原始信号,MAX263电压编程精确滤波器进行滤波,实现光电检测,信号转换、信号调理、数据采集。采用汇编语言实现系统控制算法,频谱分析和与上位机的通讯;基于闪烁频率法检测原理提取火焰信息,利用快速傅立叶变换(FFT)分析火焰频谱,判断火焰是否重叠。实验结果表明所设计的硬、软件平台具有较好的信号获取与处理功能,有效地解决火焰的"偷看"与"漏看"。 The boiler fire detector investigated here uses a typical TMS320LF2407A DSP as the essential controller wlm me ultraviolet photoelectric sensor InGaAs PIN G5832-01 series as the way of getting the flame original signal and the MAX 263 precision voltage programmable filter as the chip to deal with the flame signal. A hardware system including the photoelectric transforming, signal processing and acquisition are realized. The functions of system controlling, frequency analyzing and interlacing with PC are achieved utilizing the assembly language. Based on the detection method of flame flicking frequency, FFT (Fast Fourier transform) is used to analyze frequency spectrum of flame flicking frequency and the flame overlapping criteria are selected. The experiment results show that detecting and processing performances of the system are satisfying and the fault detections such as peek and leak could be avoided.
