摘要
垃圾焚烧在减容化、无害化、资源化处理城市垃圾方面的综合效果显著,但焚烧处理不仅仅是焚化废弃物,还必须考虑烟气处理、有效控制二次污染和废水处理等相关问题,因此是一项复杂的系统工程。文章结合垃圾焚烧炉运行特点,针对垃圾焚烧燃烧机理和污染物生成机理,基于DCS的垃圾焚烧炉系统结构,讨论了优化运行的智能控制策略。
It is very remarkable to comprehensive effect of waste incineration for municipal waste treatment that it is smaller in reducing cubage, better in innocuity and more valuable in resource utilization. The incineration treatment not only means incinerating wastes,but also it has to consider the related problems such as smoke gas treatment, effective control of secondary pollution and waste water treatment and so on. Therefore it is a complex systems engineering. Combining with the running characters of waste incineration furnace and aimed at the mechanism of the waste incineration combustion and contamination generation, the paper discussed intelligent control strategy of optimizing running based on system architecture of distributed control system for municipal waste incineration furnace system.
