摘要
目的探讨医院文化作为一种新型的管理模式,在现代医院管理及护理管理中的作用及意义。方法介绍我院护理部应用医院文化理论,在护理管理工作中构建医院护理文化的实践:①精神文化层-培育医院精神;②制度文化层-完善规章制度;③行为文化层-塑造良好的服务形象;④物质文化层-美化医院环境。结果在现代医院管理中,特别是在市场经济条件下,医院文化建设是医院获得可持续性发展,并保持医院核心竞争力的源泉。结论医院管理者及护理管理者应在管理工作中实践医院文化理论,建设良好的医院文化。
Objective To explore the function and significance of hospital cuhure as a new management mode applying in modern hospital management and nursing management. Methods Based on hospital culture theory,the practice of nursing culture construction in nursing management was introduced : ①spiritual culture level - to cultivate hospital spirit; ②institutional culture level - to consummate rules and regulations ;③behavioral culture level - to mold a good serving image;④material culture level - to beautify hospital environment. Results During the process of modern hospital management,especially under market economic condition, hospital culture construction was the source of hospital continuous development and the source of hospital key competition. Conclusion Hospital managers and nursing administrators should practice hospital culture theory and construct a good hospital culture.
