摘要
报道６例少见胆石症的手术处理，其中肝内胆囊１例，胆囊残株炎１例，胆囊胆总管瘘２例，结石性胆囊炎伴发右输尿管结石、肾盂积脓１例，胃空肠吻合术后原发性胆总管结石１例。笔者对这些病例分别进行了讨论。
From 1992 to 1994, six uncommon cases of cholelithiasis were treated including intrahepatic gallbladder in one case, cystic duct stump with infection in one, cholecystocholedochal fistula in two,calculous cholecystitis associated with the right ureteric calculus and pyonephrosis in one,and primary choledocholithlasis after gastroenterostomy in one. Each of the cases was discussed respectively in this report.
