The main actors of global governance are not only the governments of all countries in the world, but also IGOs and INGOs. Women＇s NGOs are an active force, paying attention to the global dilemmas that pose threat to the humankind, These organizations do their utmost to bring to the mainstream of decision-making a gender perspective, an effort that has fully embodied the fundamental conviction of feminist international relations theory.
